Kanzeon, I apologize for telling you this on such short notice, but I will be accompanying the rescue teams for those young men that have been missing in action. I hope that you can forgive me for this, but I must ask if you could keep a close watch on the others while I am gone not that you already don't, heh.

Didn't he realize that child wanted to live? Sanzo was right to break up the fight like that, although I was pleased with the fact that I was able to exchange some blows with Hazel. That man... I shoudn't have lost my temper like that, but he reminds me of something that I shouldn't be seeing anymore. I should be over that.

And Goku...well, I can say that I'm pleased with his progress so far. Although it seems we cannot back down now that we've officially made the bet with Hazel. Although considering our progress, we couldn't back down even if we wanted to.

I suppose she might be right in some senses, but that doesn't mean that the people are inheriently evil. There's a duality in just about everything. I know that all too well, especially after everything that's happened to us on our journey and to an extent, what happened to me in the past as well. I, sadly enough, used to think something along those lines myself when I was younger. But now that I've been through what I have...I know for a fact that this duality exists everywhere.

Sometimes I wonder what will happen to the youkai population after we finish...even though they won't be going insane, it will take some time before humanity decides to forgive them for what thy have done. It will be a long and tumultuous road, I know, but...hopefully it will be one that will lead us to a better future. For all of us.

It's hard to believe, but it's really been an entire year since we started our journey...

There have been a lot of interesting things that have happened to us over this past year, but we've survived so far. I just hope that we can make it to Houtou Castle in time...

I apologize that I haven't been posting lately, everyone, things have gotten quite interesting the last few weeks. Of course we're still on our journey, and things have been pretty hectic as usual, ahahah.

I found quite a few of the ingredients for bento thanks to that community you showed us, Minako-chan. Goku can't seem to get enough of the stuff, it's wonderful when we can't get to a town right away and he needs some extra food.

Apollo-san, I hope things are alright with you as well. ^^

Did I miss anything particularly interesting?

I don't mean to bother anyone, so I thought I would post this here in my personal journal instead. It seems that while I was trying to keep the others under control, Sanzo borrowed the laptop to look up something. In my haste, I forgot to close out of...the...chat room, I think you all called it?

Anyway...I don't know what happened, but Sanzo wasn't very happy when he got off, and I'm quite sure it wasn't from the 'research' he was doing.

((Hakkai's pretty sure that someone said something the other night in IC chat to piss Sanzo off more than normal, but he doesn't know what.))

So according to our map... we have another day until we reach the closest village. I tried to calm down Goku and Gojyo, reassuring them that we would get to eat out once we get there, but for now, we have to just bear with camping out for another night. Sanzo wasn't too happy with the prospect, either, but he was too busy trying to keep Goku and Gojyo quiet to really complain about anything.

So here I am, typing while it's my turn do do watch. It's really peaceful out here tonight, but I'm not sure that it's always going to stay like this, hence why we're doing rotation. I'm just typing to have something else to do.

Oh, dear... Er, would someone please help explain what's going on? Typing has become incredibly easier thanks to the telekinesis...but...I had to leave my friends, they thought I was a youkai. Even talking to them telepathically hasn't helped any.

At least Jeep knew; he followed me. And that might be a blessing in disguise, if Jeep isn't with them, then they can't leave...I just hope I can figure out something.
